Get Qualified Prospects
Wouldn’t it be nice if when a telemarketer called you really were interested in what they had to offer? Utilizing a targeted business mailing list could actually be a good thing! When I am interested in finding new products for my hobbies, I am all ears. For instance, I have been searching for a stabilizer that will make the bags I have been making look more professional. I finally found a fusible fleece that makes my bags look nice. If I was on a list to be called when new ideas and products related to sewing came out, I wouldn’t mind a phone call. I wish companies would utilize the process instead of weeding through names who simply are not interested. Ok. I am off my soap box.

Even if these lists were untargeted, the potential for marketers to abuse them will eventually begin also.

I totally agree. When I see an advertisement for something that I might actually like, I view the ad as a service. Otherwise, it is a nuisance. If only more marketing worked this way.
