Steps to Make a Bag
Do you ever become distracted and forget to finish writing a post? I had planned to put pictures in this blog and totally forgot to do it. Here are the hints for various steps in making a bag. These are not the total instructions but only helps to understand the directions given.
You will want to iron the middle piece of fabric:

Layer the outer fabric on top of the batting. This piece of fabric will be the top of your purse.

Add the middle fabric so that it is facing the direction that you want it to face when purse is completed (fold of fabric facing top of purse):

Next, lay the bottom purse fabric and pin:

Sew all layers.
Showing the finished purse so you can see that the middle fabric is facing with the fold side up.

We must be related because I also keep forgetting to complete posts. I have several languishing in blog limbo right now although I finally published a two-parter this morning.
Anyway, I’m very glad you were able to finish this post. Extremely Impressive! Do you do create these crafts as a business?

I only make the bags for the fun of it. I am trying to build up a few to sell at a flea market in July.
