Do Posties Sew?
I am procrastinating. I bought big fluffy white towels so that I can embroider on them and make my bathroom pretty. I have a problem though. I have not used my machine to embroider for over a year. I forget where to start. I have a Husgvarna sewing machine that does a small amount of embroidery. Does anyone know where I should start? Are there any message boards I can use for information?
This is exactly the reason that I love the message boards at IZEA. I have blogged since 1998 but have only recently had a blog on my own domain. I would have given up having my own blog a long time ago if not for the helpful people on the IZEA message boards. Many of them enjoy tweaking their blogs with codes that do this or that. I cannot imagine enjoying that but there are times when I have to put code into the dashboard of my blog in order to make things work. Those are the times when I visit the boards to see if anyone has had the same problem. If I don’t find that particular problem, I voice my concern and within hours one of my postie buddies is there to help me. I have never experienced such helpfulness and genuine friendship as I have on the IZEA boards. If one of them had a sewing machine like mine, all my problems would be solved. Sigh….
