Our bed and breakfast hosts in Elizabeth City feel like friends to us. Our stay with them this past weekend was the second time we used their facility. It was sheer luck that our daughter, Stacy, chose their bed and breakfast inn. She tried another B & B but they didn’t return her phone call! The owners of the Elizabeth City B & B, where we stayed, are Ray and Maureen O’Donnell. They are lively conversationalists and helped us with choosing fun places to visit during our stay.
