Mix Your Own Drinks
I am not a bigger drinker of alcohol and have yet to find a drink I really like. I just found a website where I can use their database and learn all about mixing drinks. They will even save my information for me. That means that as I learn, I can keep a record of which drinks I didn’t like and why. Then I can check the ingredients of a few and see if it is a certain ingredient that ruins the taste for me. This is going to be cool! I have been wanting to make gin drinks to see if I can duplicate a mint julep. We had one when we traveled through Mississippi last year. I did like that drink! You can’t order them anywhere around here. I am going to figure out how to make them.
The website at Absolutdrinks.com makes it easy! First of all, they categorize drinks by types. If I want to make an after dinner drink, I choose that category and it brings up a list of cocktails. I thought this one sounded delicious.
