Mom and I had 50% off coupons for Joann Fabric burning a hole in our pockets! So, off we ran to the fabric store. AGAIN! I had forgotten that when Stacy is home I would like her to pick out fabrics for her rag quilt.

When I make her rag quilt, I will need batting. The warm and natural batting that I like to use is $9.99 per yard. I had a coupon! Yay! I bought a few more yards for my stock. I should say, it is for my stash. That is what a true quilter calls her supply of material. I’m not sure if other quilters consider batting as part of their stash but I do.

Now, I am ready!
