Ruh Roh. It sounds like eBay is cracking down on abusers at it’s site. It’s about time. There rating system is ok but there will always be people who find a way to bypass the ratings that show them to be abusing the system. The crap that people pay for and are unhappy about is disheartening. Why anyone would try to sell dirty broken things is beyond me. There will always be people who only do things for the money.
