If they could, the hummingbirds around here would fire me. I forget to fill their feeder and they have to go elsewhere for nourishment. The Finches have no problem with me. I only have to pour their food from a bag. The hummingbird food has to be boiled sugar water. I had to clean their feeder this time. It was covered with black mold. I think the sugar does that. I don’t want them getting a disease so I try to clean the feeder. I hope I’m in their good graces again.
