No More Phone Lists

August7

I think I will scream! I cannot get a task finished. I am trying to contact all the girls in my card group so we can plan what we want to do as far as getting together. No one is ever home! I don’t know why they can’t invest in an answering machine. That probably wouldn’t help though. I’d never know for sure if they got the message or their kid or hubby deleted it.

It would be so nice if we could use a tool that is available at Group2call. All you have to do is set up one message and it calls the entire group you are trying to reach! Isn’t that cool? No more back and forth calling that is hit and miss at its best.

This would have been great when I was in charge of all those Sunday school parties. I spent more time on the phone. You know how it is. You can’t just call someone and bluntly ask what you need to know. You need to be polite. You have to see how the kids are doing. She decides to tell you what ridiculous things her husband has done to the yard and so on. It takes forever to get through a call list. With Group2call, you don’t have the one on one conversation. It isn’t necessary. One message gets to everyone and everything is finalized.

Can you imagine how efficient this would be when a school is trying to reach all of it’s teachers to let them know that school has been canceled due to the weather? It would save running to the radio while getting ready because you need to hear the announcement.

This could be a lifesaver too. Just think if one of your kids was trying to reach you and you had to be on the phone for hours trying to get everyone on your list called. They would find it so hard to reach you. With Group2call, your phone line isn’t tied up.

I could go on and on about what a great idea this is but I think you get the idea. It is exciting!
