Friday night I was at a conference at had a delightful experience. Sandi Patty sang with her husband, Don Peslis. I had no idea that he could sing and have since found out that he was one of her backup singers and that was how they met. He sounded like Julio Iglesias. I think they were singing in the Italian language. It was awesome. I found myself holding my breath as they sang. They were so good together that it took my breath away! They hadn’t planned to sing that night but he was in the audience with their eight children. They live in Anderson, Indiana which isn’t too far from the convention center where the conference was held. It was a delightful moment that the whole audience appreciated.
