Being Healthy

Published by under health

There has been a lot of talk about heart disease since the death of Tim Russert. All the newscasters are telling the signs of heart disease and what to watch for to make sure you don’t have a heart attack. Tonight’s news said that drinking up to four cups of coffee is beneficial for your health. I tell you what, they go back and forth on what is good for us.

I have been reading up on healthy ways to have more energy. As we get older, our bodies need more supplements that we don’t always get by eating healthy foods. It is best to eat green vegetables and a lot of fruit. It is not always easy to do that. There are those people who have health issues that require they take supplements and vitamins in order to be healthy. My friend recently had gastric bypass surgery. Her doctor told her to take B12 supplements. Her friend goes to the hospital every two weeks to get a B12 shot. I hate shots. If I were her, I would try Sublingual B-12 from Trivita today. It comes in three different flavors. I would sure try that before getting a shot!

Help to Maintain Your Health

Published by under health

After a whirlwind weekend of fun, I am ready to settle into a routine. My energy level says something different. I am pooped. I have been reading up on B-12 and how it is beneficial to my health. I don’t know why I keep putting off trying it. I suppose I am always going to think that by getting plenty of rest, exercising regularly, eating healthy, I’ll have energy to burn. Well, I have tried that routine and it isn’t making the cut.

When I was younger, I could sleep in on a Saturday and feel caught up. Now that I am over 50 I think I need more to help me feel better.

On the Trivita website, I read that as you get older, your ability to absorb B-12 through digestion continually decreases. The site states that many adults are unable to absorb B-12 into their body at all! Even more, a depletion of vitamin B-12 can be detrimental to your health. Why? Because B-12 plays a key role in the production of chemicals that help regulate sleep, mood, appetite, and ENERGY! What more proof do I need?

Get your box of Sublingual B-12 from Trivita today. Join the millions of users who have found that B-12 has worked for them. I remember when my mother inlaw would talk about so and so who got a shot of B-12 and how much better they felt. The shots are often given to those who are at risk because they have health issues such as diabetes or dementia. My friend who recently had gastric bypass surgery has been instructed by her doctor to take B-12. Vegans are advised to use B-12 as a way to assure they receive all their vitamins and nutrients. I don’t have those health issues but I would like to feel better. I think I will take my own advice and order Sublingal B-12. Sublingual B-12 melts under your tongue and speeds the essential B nutrients directly into your bloodstream where they immediately begin to help your body. I think I can handle that!

Feel Better

Published by under health

Bathing suit season will be here before we know it. I have seen more commercials touting dieting than I had seen at New Years. We all want to be fit and look good. It is important to eat foods that are healthy. We need to pay attention and eat vegetables and fruits in order to give our bodies all the vitamins and nutrients they need. When we energize our bodies we feel better. It is not always easy to get the amount of vitamins we need. That is why we look to supplements that make it easier to get the balance of nutrients and vitamins to help us feel our best.

For years, I have shopped for vitamin C and D tablets and felt that I was doing what needed to be done. Now, however, I have read that I should be doing more. Our bodies need B vitamins for protection against illnesses and conditions that are associated with B vitamin deficiency. It is not easy to get vitamin B absorbed through our digestive system. Doctors agree that B-12 plays a key role in the production of chemicals that help regulate sleep, mood, appetite, and energy. If you have worries about taking a big tablet or getting a shot, you need not fear. There is an option if you get your sublingual B12 here. Sublingual B-12 melts under your tongue and speeds the essential B nutrients directly into your bloodstream where they immediately begin to help your body. That sounds like something I can do to get on the road to feeling better and having more energy.
