Life Changes

Published by at 2:38 pm under family

In the blink of an eye, life can certainly change course. My mother in-law, who lives at an assisted living apartment, fell on Sunday in the wee hours of the morning. She broke her pelvic hip area. Hubby and I have spent the past 3 days at the hospital located an hour from our home. We have had to postpone our work schedule. Thankfully, our customers have been very understanding. We are getting ready to babysit our 2 year old grandson while his parents go on vacation. This looks to become an interesting next few weeks. Good thing God is in control!

I’m so sorry to hear about your mother-in-law getting hurt! That’s very kind of both of you to visit with her in the hospital. I hope you can figure out all the timing of everything since your grandson is coming for a visit. My dad always says there’s never a good time for any bad things to happen; it’s always inconvenient!

Feeling sad after reading your post 🙁 I know Sometimes when life is hard, we can feel lonely, vulnerable and isolated. It can be hard to talk about what’s troubling us, our thoughts and feelings. It may be even harder to know someone we can turn to who will listen to us without judging us.

It’s really true, we are like a fish in a big pond. we think it’s a whole world but it’s wrong when we go in the ocean, then we know the reality of the world. it’s time to enhance our thinking. thanks for sharing this update.
