Getting Around in Florida

Published by at 1:41 pm under entertainment

I feel like I am in an adventure movie! I am visiting my daughter in Florida and while she has appointments with work and such, I am trying to find my way around this area. It is so helpful to have a free web directory to help me find some things to do while I am here.

I found a wonderful bookstore that I could hibernate in. It has three floors full of used books, a cafe and free wireless internet service. I love to drink my coffee and read while sitting in a big comfy chair, which they provide.

I have decided to read Twilight to see what the big deal is with this story. I read two chapters at bedtime last night and got myself intrigued enough that I want to get right to reading at every moment now. I wonder if this is the first in a series of books and if so, how many books there are. Time to settle in and read. I could get used to this life! Have a great day everyone.

You’re braver than me, I stay away from vampires! I believe there are 4 books in the series, you’ll have to ask your niece, she has them all. Or does your daughter have all of them too?

I haven’t seen any of the movies or read any of the books and have been wondering what the stink is myself. Let me know,

There are four books, the last two are the best. It wasn’t my favorite read… but I enjoyed it enough to say that you should read the series. I recently did a snide review on it http://whaleears.blogspot.com/2010/03/twilight.html >;-) Enjoy yourself in Florida – that’s my home state and it’s very pretty in the spring time!
