Watermelon (frozen), barbecued ribs, corn, cole slaw.

This is a favorite of our Cajun cousins. Bowie knives are left at the door.

The music is good, the food excellent and the alcohol plentiful with everyone staying away from the knives until the next morning.

With Bayou blue grass and Cajun swing in our ears we stroll down toward the dock, avoiding where possible the shore in the dark, cautious of the gators.

Last wedding, the boys got a gator, and it ended up in a Cajun winter stew.

      Hi Karen.

      Well, let’s see:

      Dried Apricots
      Dried Pineapple
      Crockpot Vegetable Stew
      Chocolate!!

Not overly exciting, but fits with my current weight-loss mode!
