NBC Encourages Me to Exercise
I am having trouble walking today. I went to the gym last night and worked out. I spent 45 minutes on the treadmill. It is NBC’s fault. I watch tv while walking/running on the treadmill and I was trying to see if they showed the president’s plane being in South Bend. I watched and waited and finally saw the piece. They only spoke of what the president was speaking on while in the South Bend/Elkhart area. Darn. I just knew that mom and I would be on television. LOL At least I won’t be needing any weight loss supplements! I used my extra walk as an excuse to eat two cookies for my mid morning snack.
As to what the president was doing in our neck of the woods, he went to an RV factory to announce the plant would get a Federal grant to make 400 electric trucks.
That area’s unemployment rate this summer hit a staggering 17 percent. President Obama said it would be fair to judge his presidency’s economic performance on how well Elkhart fares under his administration’s policies.

Speaking of getting to close to the president, did you hear about that story where the lady was trying to give the president a letter, and got arrested when he was trying to get off of air force one. I can’t find a link, but I remember it was a pretty wild story.
Wow security is crazy tight. You can’t blame them though, he is the president after all!
