Published by at 8:56 pm under Heads or Tails

Heads Or Tails
This week at Heads or Tails, I chose the subject Harry. I decided to try to think of every Harry I know of. So, here goes.

Harry, Prince of Wales
Harry Potter
Tom, Dick or Harry
Harry Houdini
Harry Connick, Jr.
Harry Belafonte
Harry Carry
Harry Eyeball oops that should be hairy eyeball so I don’t think I can count that one
Dirty Harry
Deborah Harry
Harry Burns of When Sally Met Harry
Harry and David
Harry S. Truman

Can you think of any I missed?

Harry Corbett – he ran The Sooty Show for kids on childrens tv in England, now run by his son Matthew.

Harry H. Corbett (no relation) – he played the son in Steptoe And Son, the English version (original) of Sandford And Son.

Ray Harryhaussen – does it count to have harry in your surname? The amazing animator as seen in Jason And The Argonauts, Sinbad, 1 Million Years BC etc.

Can’t think of any more off the top of my head.
Has to be plenty of them…

I guessed these must be English shows as I am not familiar with any of them. I read your blog and read about your shopping trip. What a fun day you had! Thanks for visiting my blog.

When I was in high school, I was in a production of “Beauty & The Beast.” The boy playing the Beast was named Harry. I got a kick out of calling him Harry Beast. lol (He didn’t take it too badly, he had a thing for me. Poor boy.)

      Hello ,

Funny subject, what a great job you have done,
When choosing a name for a baby I look for the famous people’s names.
More importantly, living with a name that we like or one that we dislike does have serious consequences on self-confidence, happiness or the way we relate to others in society.
