My Aching Legs
Warning! This is a whine post. I am whining at myself.
I don’t know why I do it to myself. I know better than to stop exercising. It is so hard on my muscles when I start up again. My poor calves are crying out in agony. I had been walking at a fast pace and got to the point where it was doing some good. I was feeling some energy and my back didn’t hurt as much. Why did I stop? I don’t know. Now I need some MBT shoes to keep my legs from hurting so much. Bring on the ibuprofen!

I feel you! I did Yoga for the first time in months and I thought I wasn’t going to be able to move the next day!

You’re asking the wrong person, since I think exercise is evil to begin with.
