Staying Organized
I thought I was finished with buying school supplies but my son decided that was not the case. We were running errands on Sunday and he said he needed a few things for school Aw! I can remember when we would get the kids a new backpack, pencils and tennis shoes to start the year. One item that we always found useful was the DYMO Labelmaker. Marking their belongings helped my kids keep track of their things. Now that the kids live on their own the labelmaker has become MINE!
I have labeled all of my scrapbooking drawers to make it easier to find my equipment. Before I labeled the drawers, I was constantly opening and closing them to find a package of glue dots or scissors. It was so frustrating. I made my labels in different colors. Glancing at each color makes everything easier to find when I am in a hurry. I put purple labels on all the drawers containing adhesives like glue dots and tape. All of my scissors, punches and cutters drawers have black labels. I am an organization fanatic.
Please don’t tell my kids how much I am using the DYMO Labelmaker. They might try to steal mine. I think they can buy their own!
