Relaxation Time
Last night, as hubby and I went for our walk, we passed many houses where the homeowners were enjoying their swimming pools. We have gone that route and while it was fun, I would rather have a hot tub. My joints would benefit from that so much more than a pool. The kids loved it when we had a pool but now it is our turn to have a toy.
I had been afraid that we wouldn’t use a hot tub and that it would sit unused. We have been known to buy toys that seemed like the thing to have only to see them sit with no attention. (My treadmill makes a wonderful place to hang clothes). I have friends who have convinced me otherwise. My friend Nancy has a hot tub and they get so much use out of it. She raves about the relaxation they get sitting in the hot tub after a days work. Another friend loves that her neighbors come over to use their hot tub all winter long. They all climb into the hot tub and share stories.

Hot tub or pool — I would take either, any day of the week! We used to have a pool membership and now we don’t, so the only day of the week I can go is Sunday on guest day! : ( It’s a bummer because it’s been so hot out the past two weeks!
