    Four Foods On Friday

Val from Four Foods on Friday has 4 great questions for this weeks version of Four Foods on Friday.

#1. What is your favorite food that is cooked on the barbeque?
Last nights supper is my favorite. We had grilled chicken.

#2. What veggies, if any, do you cook on the barbeque? We cook corn on the cob and have recently been cooking green and yellow bell peppers on the grill. I had no idea how sweet they were.

#3. Tell us a little about your barbeque habits. Who grills, how often, what months, etc.
My husband does all the grilling and he grills all year long. He tries out so many different rubs that he can’t wait to cook the next meal and test another one. I sure don’t mind being a guinea pig.

    #4. Share a barbeque recipe.

My husband just started cooking corn on the cob on the grill. He sprinkles parmesean cheese on them and wraps them in foil. He lays them on the top rack, closes the lid and lets them bake for 40 minutes.

The corn sounds tasty with the cheese that way.
    Thanks for playing FFOF.
    Stumbled.
