   I agree. He belongs to the neighbor of my niece. I wanted to take him home and spoil him.

   I hate it when people chain their dogs up. I wanted him to come home with me where I could spoil him. We have a Boston who is in the house and sleeps with us.

   I thought he looked sad too. Why do people get dogs but ignore them? My dogs are spoiled rotten and don’t know how good they have it.
