Teeth Will Be Pulled
It is back to the grind tomorrow. Oh wait. I forgot. I don’t have a regular day scheduled tomorrow because Greg is having two wisdom teeth pulled. His four wisdom teeth have come in but on one side, the teeth bite into his gum and cause him quite a bit of aggravation. It isn’t like we have to check his life insurance policy before he has this done but he is my baby and I worry. I am sure he will be fine but I don’t like my kids to suffer any type of pain or discomfort.
I think that in the morning, I should stock up on pudding in case he has trouble eating. I don’t think you are supposed to drink anything through a straw because that can cause distress on the socket when you have a tooth removed. I had the joy, NOT, of getting a dry socket after I had my wisdom teeth reomoved. That is not something I would wish on my worse enemy. It hurt so much. So, I will head to the grocery in the morning and get things in order to pamper my boy.

Ugh, getting wisdom teeth pulled is such a miserable experience. My doctor was kind enough to knock me out when I had mine yanked. You’re right on the straw, though. I also learned that swishing with cold black tea was good. Something about the antiseptic properties of the stuff.

Ooo, I had a bad experience with wisdom teeth pulling at the age of 18. Nothing life threatening or anything, but a dry socket was just painful!Best of wishes to ya’ll.AL
