Four Foods on Friday #27
I have to tell you that I have the most fun participating in Val’s Four Foods on Friday meme. She thinks up fun questions to answer and throws in some extra fun too. This week she wants us to take on her challenge. This weeks challenge is to share a picture of either the inside of my refrigerator, freezer or cabinet. I can’t wait to see what everyone posted. Get over to Fun, Crafts and Recipes and start participating in Four Foods on Friday. You will meet the nicest people.
#1. What brand of frozen dinners do you think are the best and why?
The only ones I buy are either Lean Cuisine or Marie Callendars. They have vegetables in theirs.
#2. What is your favorite frozen waffle or breakfast food? I don’t mind eating Lego brand frozen waffles. I usually eat Special K with milk.
#3. Frozen appetizers. Which one is your favorite? I buy packages of meatballs at Sam’s club. They are so much easier to work with than messing around trying to make them myself. I cannot use up my online time!
#4. Share a recipe or meal made from at least one frozen food.
I make this Potato Bake for get togethers that need a potato dish.
POTATO BAKE
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potato cubes
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2/tsp pepper
1 T onion flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, mix all together saving some cheese for on top. Pour into a 9×13 baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top during the last few minutes.
Here is a picture of the inside of my freezer. Notice the Marie Callendar pie? Yummmy!

Marie Callender makes some really good pot pies and frozen dinners. When they go on sale I bring them to work to microwave for lunch.
Thanks for playing FFOF!
Stumbled.

Karen - your freezer looks positively bare! My mom has two fridge/freezers and one ice chest that are bursting. I just want to fill yours up with veggies, pizza, and ice cream!
