Atonement
My goodness, this is a slow movie. I hope it gets better. So far, a girl breaks a vase and dives into a fountain to retrieve a broken part of that vase. Her brother comes home for a visit. Some children, that I cannot figure out to whom they belong, are practicing to be in a play. A little girl wrote the play and she has a penchant for deep thinking. Again, I hope it gets better.
Added: It definitely got better. What a great movie.

I thought it was a good film, not a great one, but worth watching. How thin is Keira Knightley, when she jumped into the fountain, she is skin and bone.
I’m trying to read the book right now, and can’t get past the second page!
