Four Foods On Friday #22

Published by Karen at 8:32 pm under Four Foods on Friday

I just about missed Val’s Four Foods on Friday. Here are my answers to her questions:

#1. What’s your favorite form of potatoes? I love fried potatoes

#2. Pie crust. Premade or from scratch? I think the Pillsbury roll out ones taste just as good as homemade and are so much easier to deal with. I roll them out thinner though or they make a pretty thick crust.

#3. Vegetables. Fresh, frozen or canned? fresh are the best

#4. What one dish do you wish you could prepare better? My husband makes scrambled eggs that come out big and fluffy yet meaty. Mine just come out well, um scrambled. I don’t know how to describe it. You will just have to have him make some eggs for you.

It must be no mean trick making scrambled eggs ‘meaty’. What’s his secret? Or isn’t he telling LOL?

Thanks for playing Four Foods on Friday!

    3. [...] Karen uses premade piecrust. Karen’s trying out Mr Linky for this meme on her site. I thought was pretty cool to see my own meme being linked like that. She wrote a great review of Zookoda that you should check out if you’re someone who blogs a lot. [...]

Don’t be inviting people over for breakfast like that without Lynn’s permission! :-)

I tend to cheat with scrambled eggs though, because I use the cholesterol-free egg beaters.

I make my eggs the same way, and my husband makes them perfectly too. And this is even if I “follow” his recipe.
