WANTED
ONE CAPABLE SECRETARY
My neck is stiff and my back aches because I have been turning all of my office work over to 2008. That means making custom address labels for each group of files. I have the files for all of our installations completed for 2007 so now I need new folders for 2008. I need 2008 folders for all of the paid invoices I will be processing throughout the year. I am an organized maniac!
It seems crazy to go to all the trouble to organize but it helps when I need to find something years down the road. I order my address labels directly from Vista Print because I want a professional look for potential clients to see. How many times have you received something in the mail, only to throw it in the trash because of how it looked. I would never make large purchases from a company who did not make an effort to have quality stationery. It makes a difference to me so I know it makes a difference to my customers.
I happened upon Vista because they offered some freebies on one of the sites I visit. I got the cutest calendar magnet with a picture of my dog on it. I also received free business cards that showed me the quality of Vista’s products. I have always been happy with Vista. Now, if they just provided secretaries.
