Ah yes. The commercials have started. All the diet commercials are making appearances. This is the time of year when everyone makes big plans. They buy exercise equipment and healthy food in their effort to do better. Unhappy with the way all of us feel, we are trying to eat better and exercise.

It seems that the older I get, the harder it is to get the weight off. I wish I had kept up all the effort I made! Yesterday, while watching The View, Joy made a statement about people who are addicted to exercise. I am not one of those people!
