We are in the middle of a winter storm. I am so glad to have my grocery shopping finished. The store was a madhouse! I lucked out and got what I wanted without a hassle. I found a good parking place and got to the checkout without a wait. I wondered what I was forgetting because I couldn’t believe how fast I got in and out.

I worked on another rag quilt this morning. I have been marking the sewing lines so that all I have to do is mindlessly sew away. I decided that I need to buy matching thread for this quilt. The material is very soft patterns. The wrong colored thread could ruin the look of this pretty quilt. Does anyone know, if I use a different color thread for the bobbin, will it show on the top of the stitching? I might have to sew some trial stitches to see. I hate to buy the thread without knowing.
