We just had the chance to work for a man who owns two ice cream stands in towns near us. He moved to our town because it is in between those two towns. His real estate franchise purchase had been a dream for a long time. It was fun meeting this man and hearing how it all happened. He went out on a limb because the businesses he bought were not doing very well. His family helped and that made a big difference. His grown kids worked in the business until it finally started to show a profit. It brought the family closer together. I am excited for this man and his family as they are enjoying their first holiday season as entrepreneurs.
