Updating
You know, with this new updated office, I will be getting so much work done that I really should ask for a raise. Since I am co-owner of the business, I know what the answer will be. LOL Oh well. I did tell Lynn that the only thing missing from my new, organized office is a phone. Our phone system is still in the kitchen! rolling my eyes
I am looking at Packet8′s business voip system because I think we could go with a virtual system. Packet8 offers high quality digital voice services with powerful features for small businesses like ours. We don’t have the money to put into any high priced equipment. Packet8 doesn’t require any on-site hardware. It doesn’t cost much to get started and they offer flexible service plans and complete scalability. That means we can find something within our budget! The system features unlimited nationwide or global calling. That is a big plus.
Packet8 offers different plans so each business can choose which one meets their needs. We would get the Virtual Attendant package that uses the case #1 options, since our business is small. There are larger plans with more features but I don’t think we would use most of those things. I am more excited about getting the auto-attendant than anything. There are two more cases on the Virtual Attendant. Case #2 offers another auto-attendant and case #3 offers a professional phone auto-attendant without needing the Virtual Office minimum of 3 extensions requirement.
Now, I said we would choose the Virtual Attendant package but your business might require more. There are several other options each with more features and some with different equipment. You will be amazed at how you can get what is perfect for your business by choosing individual packages. You really need to visit the website so you can see all the variations and find one that fits your business.
