We are enjoying a working vacation here at my sister and brother in-laws house. My husband is installing carpet for them. This is a picture of me with my great niece, Lauren. She was so afraid of Brody but warmed up to him. I couldn’t believe he would stay on this swing with her. She was tickled pink. The bottom picture is of my sister, Grace. She went outside, on the second floor, to wash the window and so I HAD to lock her out! Pictures no longer avail.

My pretty pirate baby posted on her blog! She likes to mind her mommy. I’ve been “encouraging her”. LOL You need to check it out. I love it when she talks about her stuff. Thanks Techie for getting it going.

My little Brody dog is a traitor! We brought him with us to Kentucky. We are here visiting my sister and her hubby. Well, guess who Brody slept with last night! That silly dog. He just wuvs his Uncle Kurby. He was a good traveler on the 8 hour trip. He just stayed on the floor of the van and chewed on his bone or slept. Once in awhile he wanted to be on our lap but not for very long. I think he misses Elsie, our Boston Terrier. She stayed at Grandma’s house. Two dogs would have been too much for her to handle. Two dogs would have been an aggravation here. We have a lot of work to do and two dogs running through the house chasing each other might have been a little unhandy.

I think Britney Spears should be ashamed of herself. Everyone complained about Madonna wearing pointy bras and skimpish lacy clothes that influenced young girls. Look how Britney is acting. She is a mother for goodness sakes. She just has so much money and time that she doesn’t know how to handle all of it. She needs to grow up and give something to the world for all she has been given. Little girls who have loved her are going to follow her straight to rehab themselves.

Scrapbooking has really changed how I take pictures. I try to fill the whole frame with my subject. I try not to take 5 different pictures of the same thing. I actually think about a page when I press that shutter button. I take more natural poses and always try to have a person in the picture even if the picture’s subject is a building or a place.

When you have a ton of snowfall in your town, do the street department crews remove the snow? I spent the weekend in Indianapolis. They do not clear any snow from the streets in the residential neighborhoods downtown. I have never seen anything like it. I think the frame of my car became bent from driving in the rough snow packed conditions. Grrrr.

I am so thrilled.
Down the road I think everything will be better for all the hoops everyone is jumping through right now. I know that the employees have been working overtime to work things out. They want the best site they can possibly have in order to attract a lot of advertisers. The more advertisers, the more I have to write about. I have seen companies who sell wrought iron wall decorations, swords, tropical fish and wine. When I look back over the posts I have written it amazes me the places I have discovered on the internet.
